Shipping policy

We ship from our studio in Austin, Texas.

Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within a few business days. You'll receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping: We ship throughout the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

International Shipping: Please check at checkout to confirm we ship to your country. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by your country — these are the buyer's responsibility.

Sensory Universe Kits: Physical materials for online sessions are mailed before your session date. Please order early enough for your kit to arrive in time — US shipping is included in the ticket price.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at hola@thepitayacollective.com and we'll help track it down.
